大学生健康教育课程教学模式改革初探

摘　　要：大学生健康教育是高校学生的一门重要的素质课程,为大学生获取知识,学习各种技能提供重要保证。经过多年的教学改革和实践,绵阳师范学院大学生健康教育教研室探索出一种新型的多元化教育教学模式,该模式的主要特色是以专题授课方式为主、结合课外参与式宣传教育活动,并搭建了网络教学和交流平台,取得了良好的成效。Health Education for students is an important quality oriented education course in colleges and universities. It offers students an opportunity to acquire knowledge, practice skills, and develop attitudes that can benefit them throughout their lifetime. Based on the practice of reform for years, a multiple - means of teaching mode for health education has been established in Mianyang Normal University. Topic teaching （ Monographic Teaching） mode is used in class. Activities on health education are held after class. Multimedia and the network teaching technology are tried. With this mode, students have accepted much knowledge on health.
