摘 要:目前陆上油田广泛应用的聚丙烯酰胺干粉溶解速度缓慢,溶聚设备占用空间大,不适应海上油田调剖堵水作业的需要,而采用分散聚合法合成的聚丙烯酰胺乳液,具有溶解速度快、现场使用方便、对环境友好等优点,该乳液在常温下15~20 min即可充分溶解。结合海上油田生产特点,对海上调剖技术开展初步研究表明:该调剖体系可用胜利埕岛油田注入海水直接配制,在高矿化度的海水中迅速分散溶解,在70℃下成冻时间3~10 d可调,成冻强度高,能够对高渗透层形成有效封堵,稳定性好,基本满足海上油田调剖作业的需要。此外该聚丙烯酰胺乳液还有望在油田污水处理、防膨抑砂、酸化、防蜡、防垢等多个油田开发领域应用。Polyacrylamide powder widely used in onshore oilfield has disadvantage of lower dissolving speed and large space occupied by dissolution equipment, so it is not adaptable for profile modification and water shutoff in offshore oilfield. However, polyacrylamide emulsion synthesized by dispersion polymerization method has several advantages such as fast dissolution speed, convenience of field application and environmentally friendly. This emul- sion can be fully dissolved at normal temperature within 15-20 minutes. Preliminary study on profile modification technique in offshore oilfield is developed with production characteristies on offshore. The study shows that, this system can be directly allocated with injected seawater of Shengli Chengdao Oilfield and can fast disperse and dis- solve in seawater with high salinity. The gelation time is controllable in 3-10 days at 70~C. The gelation strength is high so as to form effective plugging for high - permeable reservoir with good stability, and can satisfy requirements of profile modification in offshore oilfield. In addition, it is expected to apply polyaerylamide emulsion in oilfield sewage treatment, preventing expansion and sand, aeidizing, paraffin inhabitation and scaling.
