儿童个性特征的双生子研究

摘　　要：目的探讨遗传及环境因素对儿童个性影响程度。方法采用遗传流行病学方法计算双生子儿童个性遗传度。结果儿童个性内外向性格（Ｅ量表）遗传度平均为０．６９４２，情绪稳定性（Ｎ量表）、精神质（Ｐ量表）、掩饰性（Ｌ量表）平均遗传度分别为０．２４３４、０．３８１６、０．２５２５。结论本文结果提示，儿童个性内外向性格主要受遗传因素影响，而情绪稳定性（Ｎ量表）、精神质（Ｐ量表）。Objective To investigate the influence of genetic and environmental factor on the personality characteristics in twin children. Methods Genetic epidemiologic was used to analyse the heritability of child personality in twin children. Results The average heritability of introversionextroversion in child personality was 0.6942, the average heritability of emotional stability(N scale),P scale and L scale were 0.2434, 0.3816 and 0.2525,respectively.Conclusion The results of study showed the introversionextroversion was majorly influenced by the genetic factor, but the emotional stability(N scale), P scale and L scale were influenced by the enviromental factor.
