摘　　要：沈舒文教授在治疗胃癌中强调本虚标实辨证治疗,主张分期辨证、整体调治。他将扶助正气,促进纳食进谷贯穿于治疗始终,认为胃癌早期,先滞气分,治宜理气化痰;中期毒瘀交阻、气阴亏虚,治宜益气养阴、解毒散结;晚期胃气虚败,化源告竭,治宜恢复元气,调补脏腑,注重毒瘀水湿的清除。Professor Shen shuwen emphasized asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality in differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment of Gastric cancer, upheld differentiation of symptoms and signs by stages and adjustment and treatment on whole. He penetrated to assist healthy energy and promote eating food all along treatment and considered that in earlier period of gastric cancer evil factor stagnant to qi aspect ,treated by regulating qi and resolve phlegm;in middle period poison and stasis intersect stop and asthenia of both qi and yin,treated by supplementing qi and nourishing yin;in advanced stage decay and insufficiency of gastric qi and resolve source reporting exhaust, treated by recuperating source qi, adjusting and reinforcing viscera and bowels,to lay stress on cleaning of poison,water, stasis and humid.
