摘 要:花冠醇与芫荽中提炼的芳樟醇有极其类似的香气,但比芳樟醇留香持久。花冠醇作为一种新型合成香料,可以在一定程度上替代芳樟醇。该文以苯乙醇为原料,经氢化、HC/ZnCl2氯代和格氏反应,以64.3%的收率合成了花冠醇;接着以对甲苯磺酰氯作催化剂,制备了乙酸花冠酯。产物利用1HNMR、IR和Mass等谱学手段进行表征。该文报告工作的新颖性已由教育部科技查新工作站(L06)于2009年6月8日出具的第L06-09114号《科技查新报告》所证实。Coranol has the similar aroma with linalool, which is extracted from coriander. But the aroma residual time of coranol is much longer than linatol. The replacement of linalol with coranol was possible in a certain extent. Coranol was synthesized from phenylethyl alcohol through several steps, which comprised hydrogenation,chlorination and the Grignard reactions in this paper. The yield of all reactions was 64.3%. The acetate of coranol was also prepared in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic chloride as the catalyst. Finally, the optimized conditions of all reactions were developed in the paper. The products were confirmed by ^1HNMR,IR and MS. The novelty of this research was testified by the Ministry of Education Novelty Search Workstation(ID6) on June 6 2009. The testified report number was L06 -090114.
