摘　　要：指出楼宇智能化是一个新兴的专业,人才培养方案尚需在不断地摸索中完善,采用了调查研究的方法对该专业毕业生在工作岗位上存在的一些问题进行了分析,并就其存在的问题提出了几点应对措施,旨在积极完善本专业人才培养方案。Intelligent building is a new professional,personnel training programs still need to be improved continually.This article analyzes a number of problems of the graduates in the workplace through a method of investigation and study,and providing several methods to the question existed,in order to improve our professional training program furtherly.
