微型钛板坚强内固定辅助颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价微型钛板坚强内固定辅助颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对36例下颌骨骨折患者用微型钛板做坚强内固定,术后辅以短期(1～2周)颌间固定,观察疗效。结果33例患者术后疗效满意,面部外形恢复良好,咬合关系良好,咀嚼功能正常,其余3例复杂下颌骨骨折患者术后效果欠。结论微型钛板坚强内固定辅助颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折临床疗效肯定。Objective Evaluation of micro-titanium rigid fixation ussisted intermaxiuary fixation mandibular fractures in clinical. Methods 36 cases of mandibular fractures were treated with micro--titanium rigid fixation to do,after supplemented by short--term （1-2weeks） iniermaxillary fixation to observe the effect. Results 33 cases of curative effect in patients wiih satisfactory facial appearance a good recovery,good occlusion,masticatory function was normal and the remaining three cases of complicated mandibular fracture.Conclusion The mini--titanium plate rigid fixation assisted intermaxillary fixation positive clinical effect of mandibular fractures.
