人乳头瘤病毒16、18型与膀胱癌相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒１６、１８两型是否参与膀胱癌的形成。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术检测青岛地区４８例膀胱癌、１６例膀胱乳头状瘤及１７例正常膀胱粘膜组织ＨＰＶ—１６、１８两亚型特异性ＤＮＡ片段。结果发现ＨＰＶ—１８与膀胱癌发生无关。ＨＰＶ—１６与膀胱癌及膀胱乳头瘤发生相关。ＨＰＶ—１６ＤＮＡ阳性率与膀胱癌的分级、分期、初发或复发无关；膀胱癌和膀胱乳头状瘤组织中ＨＰＶ—１６ＤＮＡ阳性率无显著差异。结论ＨＰＶ—１６型可能参与膀胱癌的早期形成。Objective To investigate the role of human papilloma virus type 16 (HPV-16) and 18 (HPV-18) in bladder cancer and bladder papilloma in the Qingdao region, Shandong province, China. Methods The HPV-16 and HPV-18 DNA were examined in 48 cases of bladder cancer, 16 cases of bladder papilloma and 17 cases of normal bladder mucosa by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Result The positive rate of HPV-16 DNA in bladder cancer and bladder papilloma samples was greater than that in normal bladder mucosa, respectively (P<0.05). No difference was found between the positive rates of HPV-16 DNA in bladder cancer and in bladder papilloma (P>0.05). The positive rate of HPV-16 DNA was not related to sex or age of patients suffering from bladder cancer, to grade or stage of bladder cancer, and to primacy or recurrent bladder cancer (P<0.05). The positive rate of HPV-18DNA in bladder cancer was similar to that in normal bladder mucosae. HPV-18 DNA was not found in 16 bladder papilloma samples. Condusion HPV-16 is an etiologic factor in bladder cancer and bladder papilloma. Perhaps it takes part in the early process of the bladder cancer. HPV-18 has nothing to do with bladder cancer and bladder papilloma.
