摘 要:为了更好的评价天然烤烟烟叶与造纸法再造烟叶在卷烟中的作用,对比研究了烤烟烟叶和造纸法再造烟叶的化学组成以及它们在不同温度下的热裂解产物。利用改进后的热裂解装置模拟了卷烟的燃烧行为,研究了烤烟烟叶和造纸法再造烟叶在大气环境中于300、600和900℃下的热裂解行为,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对热裂解产物进行分析。结果表明,烤烟烟叶和造纸法再造烟叶的热裂解产物种类随着热裂解温度的增加而增多;在相同热裂解温度条件下,造纸法再造烟叶与烤烟烟叶的热裂解产物种类也存在差异。To further evaluate the effects of natural flue-cured tobacco and paper-making reconstituted tobacco in cigarettes, a detailed comparative study of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco and paper-making reconstituted tobacco before and after combustion was carried out. A modified apparatus of pyrolyzer was used to simulate the combustion behavior of cigarette. The pyrolysis behavior of flue-cured tobacco and paper-making reconstituted tobacco was studied by heating at 300,600 and 900 ℃ in air, and the pyrolysates were analyzed by GC-MS. The results indicated that the kinds of pyrolysate from flue-cured tobacco and paper-making reconstituted tobacco were positively related to the pyrolysis temperature. On the other hand, the kinds of pyrolysate from flue-cured tobacco were much more than those from paper-making reconstituted tobacco at the same temperature level.
