摘　　要：HMBA（hexamethylenebisacetamide，环六亚甲基双乙酰胺）是一种小相对分子质量的平面极性化合物，对红白血病、神经母细胞瘤、胃癌等多种肿瘤细胞具有明显的诱导分化作用，是已经试用于临床的少数分化诱导剂之一。随着对肿瘤诱导分化研究的逐步深入、寻求诱导分化药物的需求与日俱增，近年来发现了许多具有临床价值的、诱导肿瘤细胞分化的新药，关于HMBA在肿瘤诱导分化治疗中的研究也取得一定的进展。Hexamethylene bisacetamide is a small polar compound, and has effectual inducibility on the differentiation of many types of tumor cells, such as Friend erythroleukemic, neuroblastoma and gastric cancer cells. As one of a few differential inducers, this compound has been used in clinical practice. With ad- vances in various aspects of studies related to tumor differentiation induction, many new drugs have been discovered. In particular, there are indeed some advances in studies of the differentiation of tumor cells, by using hexamethylene bisacetamide as inducer, which will be discussed in detail.
