摘 要:目的:探讨罗布麻叶挥发性成分的动态积累,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用HS-GC-MS法分析不同采收时间罗布麻叶的挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量,以其中的主要活性成分指标,考察它们的动态变化。结果:初步分离出39种成分,鉴定出38种成分,其中共有成分21种,不同生长期罗布麻叶中挥发性成分积累具有一定规律。结论:罗布麻叶挥发性成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。Objective: To determine the dynamic change of essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti,and provide scientfic basis for determining the best collecting time.Methods: The essential components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time were analyzed by HSGC-MS.The relative content of the components were determined with peak area normalization method,and the dynamic changes of 7 main boiactive components were determined.Results:39 constituetnts were separated and 38 compounds were identified.There were 21 co-containing compounds in Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time,the accumulation of which showed a regular pattern.Conclusion: The main essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti are the highest in the traditional harvesting time.
