摘 要:目的:研究黄花蒿中的黄酮化合物及其抗氧化活性。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱层析分离纯化,利用理化数据和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构;用ORAC方法评价化合物的体外抗氧化活性。结果:从广西产黄花蒿全草中分离鉴定了5个黄酮化合物:5-羟基-3,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(1)、5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮醇(2)、艾纳香素(3)、5,4′-二羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮(4)、槲皮素(5);化合物15均能抑制AAPH诱导荧光衰减速度。结论:化合物13系首次从黄花蒿中分得;化合物15均具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。Objective:To study the flavonoids and their antioxidant activities of Artemisia annua.Methods: Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies.Compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis,then their antioxidant activities were evaluated by ORAC assay.Results: Five flavonoids were isolated from the plant.Their structures were identified as 5-hydroxy-3,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone(1),5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavonol(2),blumeatin(3),5,4′-dihydroxy-3,7,3′-trimethoxyflavone(4) and quercetin(5),respectively.Compounds 1~5 could slow up the attenuation rate of the fluorenscence induced by AAPH.Conclusion: Compounds 1~3 are isolated from the plant for the first time.Compounds 15 all possess the potential antioxidant activities.
