摘  要:综合实训是高职教育实践教学体系的关键环节;是对学生知识整合和技能综合的重要手段;是培养学生专业能力和职业素质的重要途径。针对该校食品机械专业的教学特点和技能要求,通过综合实训教学的不断创新与有效实施,实现了专业教学与就业岗位的零距离对接,提高了学生的岗位适应能力和市场竞争力。Synthetical practice-training is a critical link of the practice teaching system in college, an important means for students' knowledge and skills integration and a significant approach for fostering students' speciality ability and vocational quality. In view of the teaching character and the skill requirement of foodstuff machanism major in college, by continuously innovating and efficiently implementing the synthetical practice-training teaching, the professional teaching, will directly connect with the employment, and then the students' adaptive faculty and market competition capability are both boosted.
