摘　　要：建立大孔树脂－反相高效液相色谱法，测定制剂中橙皮甙的含量，采用ＺＯＲＢＡＫＲＸ－Ｃ１８柱，流动相为甲醇－水－冰醋酸（３６∶６２∶２），检测波长２８３ｎｍ，经测定标准曲线的线性范围０．２μｇ～１．０μｇ，平均回收率９７．８％，相对标准偏差为１．４％。３批样品含量为２．０８、２．２０、２．The method of macroporous resinreverse phase HPLC was set up to detect hesperidin content in the preparation ZORBAK RXC_18 column was employed and methanolwaterglacial acetic acid (36∶62∶2) was used as mobile phase. Detecting wavelength was 283nm. Through determination, the linearity limits of the calibration curve was between 0.2μg～1.0μg. And the average recovery was 97.8% with RSD1.4%. The results of three batches of the samples were 2.08,2.20,2.30mg/capsule, respectively.
