摘 要:目的:探讨前列腺癌在磁共振波谱检查中的表现特点。方法:分析26例经临床确诊的前列腺癌患者的MR波谱图,选择癌肿区域与非癌肿区域分别测定其波谱值,比较二者在不同区域的数值变化情况,评价磁共振波谱在前列腺癌诊断中的价值。结果:前列腺癌区与非癌区的(Cho+Cre)/Cit(CC/C)值分别为(2.35±0.78)和(0.82±0.13),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);正常前列腺组织(CC/C)平均值小于1,而前列腺癌组织则大于2。结论:(CC/C)值在癌肿区域与非癌区域存在差别,MRS技术为前列腺癌的诊断又提供了一种安全方便的检查方法。Objective: To discuss the appearance of prostate cancer by using MRS. Methods: The MRS results of 26 patients with prostate cancer identified by histologic biopsy were analyzed. The benign and malignancy area were chosen to compare the (Cho+Cre)/Cit (CC/C)resuhs and evaluated the value of MRS separately. Results: CC/C at different areas were (2.35±0.78) and (0.82±0.13), there were significantly different between the benign and malignancy area (P〈0.01). The normal area's CC/C was less than 1, but the malignancy area' s CC/C was more than 2. Conclusion: The technology of MRS is safe and efficient methods to diagnosis of prostate cancer.
