摘　　要：通常的Green关系，＊-Green关系被推广为ρ-Green关系并研究了半超富足半群的半格分解。同时利用该半格分解证明了半超富足半群S是正规半超富足半群当且仅当S是完全了J^p-单半群的强半格。The usual Green relations,＊-Green relations were generalized to ρ-Green relations and the semi-lattice decomposition of a kind of semisuperabundant semigroups was given. By utilizing the semilattice decomposition, it was proved that a semisuperabundant semigroup is a normal semisuperabundant semi-group if and only if it is a strong semilattice of completely J^p-simple semigroups.
