流式细胞仪检测兔血清对shope肿瘤细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的：兔血清对ｓｈｏｐｅ肿瘤细胞具有杀伤作用，其作用机理之一是诱导该细胞凋亡。用流式细胞仪检测兔血清对ｓｈｏｐｅ肿细胞的细胞周期及细胞ＤＮＡ的影响。方法：运用流式细胞仪检测。结果：实验结果表明兔血清引起ｓｈｏｐｅ肿瘤细胞的细胞周期及细胞ＤＮＡ发生变化，以ＳＣＢ－６ａ细胞变化最为显著。结论：本文利用流式细胞仪证实了兔血清对ｓｈｏｐｅ肿瘤细胞影响。Objective:It was reported that Rabbit Sera had a killing effect on Shope carcinoma cells.One of their mechanisms is to induce apoptosis of Shope carcinoma cells.This article is to detect the effect of rabbit sera on cell circle and DNA of Shope carcinoma cells with Flow cytometer.Method:Flow cytometer was used.Results:It showed that Rabbit sera can csuse the change of cell circle and DNA of Shope carcinoms cells,especially in SCB-6a Cells.Concluion:It was proved that Rabbit Sera had an effect on shope carcinoma cells with flow cytometer.
