摘　　要：在新的历史时期,面对新的机遇和挑战,电大教育只有坚持以科学发展观为指导,用创新的思路、务实的举措,进一步珍惜系统、维护系统,完善系统、发展系统,着力推进电大系统的共生、共存、共进与共赢,才能实现健康和可持续发展,为终身教育体系和学习型社会建设做出新的更大的贡献。In the new historical period, the face of new opportunities and challenges, TVU education must adhere to the scientific outlook on development as guidance, with innovative ideas and practical initiatives, and further value system, maintenance system, improve the system, development system and strive to promote the TVU system, symbiosis, coexistence, together with the win-win situation in order to achieve scientific development, and lifelong learning education system and social infrastructure, building human resource power to make new and greater contributions.
