摘　　要：从生产组织方式变迁的角度分析了劳资关系及其变化问题,并且重点分析马克思的经济理论中的劳动与资本之间的关系的动态变化及其特点。同时反应其的社会环境和组织形式的变迁。并且探讨在经济中各个阶段的劳资分配,从而说明了由劳动与资本共同创造——资本雇佣劳动——劳动雇佣资本的三个阶段实质性的劳资关系特点。From the point view of changes in production organization, the industry relation and its changes are analyzed, and the focus is on the dynamic changes and characteristics between labor and capital in Marx＇s economic theory. At the same time, the social environment and the organizational changes are reflected and the distribution of industry in various stages is explored. The results show the substantial industrial relation characteristics of the creation of a common capital and labor - capital wage-labor - working capital to employ three stages of the substantive industrial relations Characteristics three-stages.
