摘 要:本文依据以质量、效益为中心的医院管理目标,建立多层次指标体系,应用加权秩和比法对医院临床科室业绩进行了综合评价。并从多角度分析了评价结果,阐述了寻找科室薄弱环节的思路,对加强科室科学管理具有现实指导意义。Index system with multiple levels was established based on the hospital administrative target in which the quality and performance were the central task. The hospital clinical department's achievement was evaluated comprehensively by the weighted RSR method,and the results were analyzed form the different aspects. The way to find out the department's weak links was elucidated, and it had practical and guidance role in strengthening the department management.
