道地药材品质评价现状及整体性研究思路

摘　　要：如何依据道地药材的整体性特点,采用现代多学科技术和方法,研究引起道地药材品质改变的内外因素,诠释道地药材形成的科学内涵,是道地药材品质评价研究需要解决的重要问题。本文综述了道地药材的生态因子、遗传信息、化学成分、生物效应等研究方法,列举了各种方法在道地药材品质评价的部分研究实例。针对目前道地药材品质评价研究的不足,提出了基于最佳形态表型、基因型、生态型和化学型相关性的中药道地性及其品质评价整体性研究新思路,以期为构建符合道地药材特点的品质评价研究方法提供科学依据。It is urgently needed to study the internal and external factors causing the quality change of genuine regional drugs and explain the scientific connotation of their formation based on the general characteristics of these drugs and modern scientific technology and methods. This paper reviews the investigation methods for studying the regional drugs, such as the ecological factor, the genetic information, chemical composition and biological effect, and gives some examples of these methods in the application. To overcome the deficiencies in the current quality evaluation, this paper proposes a new idea to investigate genuineness and quality evaluation of Chinese medicine, based on the relationship of the best morphotype, Genotype, Ecotype and chemitype, aiming to provide a scientific basis for establishing a reasonable quality evaluation system.
