经筋排刺法分期治疗贝尔面瘫的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:通过随机对照试验,观察经筋排刺法和毫针刺法分期治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法:111例贝尔面瘫患者被随机分配到治疗组(经筋排刺组)或对照组(毫针刺法组),均每日针刺1次,5次1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。采用House-Brackmann分级量表以及面神经麻痹程度分级的评价标准,进行治疗后以及1、3个月随访的疗效评价。结果:两组分组均衡,基线状况好,可比性强(P>0.05);治疗后两组痊愈率、显效率和总有效率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后及1、3个月随访的House-Brackmann量表、面神经麻痹程度分级的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3个月随访的面神经功能恢复比1个月好。结论:研究结果表明经筋排刺法和毫针刺法分期治疗贝尔面瘫临床疗效均好,操作简单易于掌握,值得临床推广应用。To observe the effectiveness of acupuncture with musculature along the meridian to treat Bell＇s Palsy according to different stages,a randomized control trial was finished. 111 patients with Bell＇s Palsy were randomly assigned to the acupuncture with the muscle region group （treatment group） and the acupuncture group （control group）. Acupuncture was performed 5 times a day, totally 20 times. The House-Brackmann Global Scores and the classification scale of Facial Paralysis were applied to evaluate the facial function after each treatment course and 1 and 3 months follow-up. The baseline of the two groups was comparable （P 〉 0.05）. According to the House-Brackmann Global Scores and the classification scale of Facial Paralysis after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate, the recovering rate and the effective rate of the two groups were not significantly different （P〉0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups at the 1 and 3 months follow-up （P〉 0.05）. The recovery of the facial nerve at the 3 months follow-up was better than that at the 1 month follow-up. The study showed that both the methods to treat Bell＇s palsy are effective, thus would have wide application in clinical practice.
