摘　　要：随着世界经济的发展,女性创业的现象已经越来越普遍,但是学术界关于女性创业的研究却很少。通过系统整理国内外的相关文献发现,性别差异对创业活动存在着一定的影响;从创业动机、企业家领导风格、行业选择、创业规模和融资渠道5个方面,分析了性别差异对创业特征的影响。With the development of world economy, it is more and more common for women to become self-employed. But there is little research on the female entrepreneurship in the academic field. It finds that gender difference has a certain extent of impact on entrepreneurship after reading the relevant literature home and abroad. This paper analyzes the influence of gender difference on the characteristics of entrepreneurship from such five aspects as the motivation of entrepreneursbip, the leading style of the entrepreneur, the selection of the industry, the size of entrepreneurship and the channel of financing. Wish to provide some theoretic help for the domestic deep research on the female entrepreneurship.
