摘  要:目的探讨南水北调中线工程的实施对陕西水源区产生的综合影响,为其全面协调发展提供理论依据。方法以AHP法为主,建立综合影响评价递阶层次模型,从经济、社会、生态3方面进行定量分析和评价。结果工程的实施对陕西水源区经济发展的影响最大,其次是生态环境,最小的是社会发展。结论南水北调中线工程对陕西水源区的影响既有正面的,也有负面的。随着工程的深入实施,其影响也是全面的、深远的,国家应该尽快出台水源区水土保持生态补偿政策和措施,对负面影响较大的方面加大补偿力度。Aim To discuss the comprehensive evaluation of the influence of the middle route of South-to-North water diversion project on the water source in Shaanxi and provide the theory basis and the reference for the scientific decision and sustainable development. Methods Based on the analytic hierarchy process as the main research method, establishing the hierarchy structure model of comprehensive impact assessment, the quantitative analysis and evaluation has been carried out in economic, social and ecological ways. Results The implementation of this project affects the economic development of the water source areas in Shaanxi province to a great extent, and next the ecological environment and the development of society in sequence. Conclusion The influence of Water Source Areas in Shaanxi Province of South-to-North Water Diversion Project are both positive and negative. With the implementation of the project, the influence will be more comprehensive and far-reaching. The state should introuduce as soon as possible policies and measures for soil and water conservation ecological compensation of water sources, and increase its efforts in negative impact on the larger aspects.
