摘　　要：论述了组织知识治理理论的产生,以及知识管理与知识治理的区别与联系;总结了前人提出的知识治理的概念,对已有组织知识治理模式划分成基于项目及部门两个角度,分别进行了比较与分析;最后提出了知识治理模式研究的局限与发展趋势。The paper explains the origin of knowledge governance theory, and the differences and similarities between knowledge management and knowledge governance, summarizes scholars; conception of knowledge governance.It divides knowledge governance into two schools of modes： the view from project and the view from sections, compares and analyses them in detail. It also explains the limitations of knowledge governance.
