摘　　要：随着信息化技术的迅速发展,个性化服务已经成为当今社会关注的焦点。图书馆作为知识服务的前沿尤其需要改进其服务模式以满足用户日益增长的个性化需求。在分析和研究序列模式挖掘的基础上,将序列模式挖掘技术应用于图书馆用户行为模式的分析,从得出的行为模式中获得一些服务启示,为图书馆的个性化服务和管理提供科学依据。实践证明,该方法是图书馆提高个性化服务质量的一个有效方法。With the rapid advancements of information technology, personalized service has become the focus of considerations in today＇s society. Library, as the forefront of knowledge service, particularly needs to improve its service pattern to meet the growing demand for personalization. Based on the analysis and study on sequential pattern mining, a number of important suggestions were given through the analysis of behavioral patterns of library using sequential pattern mining techniques, which provide a scientific basis for personalized services and their management for library. It has proved that the method is an effective way to improve the quality of personalized services for library.
