摘　　要：本文围绕如何培育和提升IT吸纳能力,探讨IT吸纳能力演进的基本机理,构建出IT吸纳能力演进的动力机制模型,指出它是组织内外动力协同作用的结果。在此基础上提出一个IT吸纳能力提升途径分析框架,从组织内部的高层管理、IT部门、业务部门着手分别给出了相关策略。To explore how to cultivate and promote IT absorptive capacity, this paper discussed the fundamental of IT absorptive capacity evolution and proposed a model of the dynamic mechanism of IT absorptive capacity evolution. The model indicated that it is the synergic effect of intemal and external impetuses of the organization. Then a framework for the promotion of IT absorptive capacity was developed, and some measures were given respectively for top management, IT department and business department.
