腮腺沃辛瘤57例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺沃辛瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析57例腮腺沃辛瘤患者的临床资料,分别就年龄、性别、吸烟史、病变部位、诊断及治疗方法予以总结。结果:腮腺沃辛瘤好发于老年男性,患者多有明显长期吸烟史,病变部位多见于腮腺后下极,手术多采用瘤体及腺体区域性切除术。结论:腮腺沃辛瘤特点显著,明确诊断不困难,应规范治疗。Objective To summarize the characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of Warthin＇s tumor in parotid gland. Method Retrospectively review was made on 57 cases with Warthin＇s tumor in parotid gland. The patients＇ age, gender, smoking history ,location of tumor, diagnsis and clinical therapy were reeraluated. Results Warthin＇s tumor usually found in old man, with long time smoking history, and located in the superficial lobe of parotid gland, most parients were treated with partial resection （region resetion）. Conclusion Warthin＇s tumor exhibits obvious clinical characters ,so is easy to make a correct diagnosis and therapy.
