摘 要:东交口新村房屋裂缝是采空区地表变形、地表水入渗冲蚀和建筑荷载等众多因素综合作用的结果,主要归纳为二:1991年前,采空区未稳定,以采空区的地表残余变形破坏为主;1991年后,采空区基本稳定,以地表水的大量入渗冲蚀破坏为主。针对房屋裂缝的原因和主要影响因素,采取地表排水、采空区深孔注浆与"离层裂隙区"浅孔注浆加固相结合的综合治理方案,取得明显成效。The house cracking cause of New Dongjiaokou village are the surface deformation of goals,the infiltration and erosion of surface water, the construction load and other factors, which can be summarized as two stages: Before 1991, the goals were not stable, and the house cracking was mainly because of the residual surface deformation and failure of goal; After 1991, goals are basically stable, the house cracking is mainly because of the infiltration and erosion damage of the surface water. Therefore, a integrative management program are put into practice, which includes surface drainage, mined-out area grouting and shallow hole grouting reinforcement along the fissures zone.
