红花注射液对精神分裂症认知功能的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花注射液对改善精神分裂症患者认知功能和生活质量的有效性。方法:200例精神分裂症患者分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。两组均给予利培酮治疗,研究组同时给予红花注射液20mg/d静脉滴注,疗程1个月。于治疗前及治疗1个月,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)及世界卫生组织编制的生活质量综合评定问卷(WHOQOL-100)进行精神症状、认知功能、生活质量评定。结果:治疗后两组PANSS评分均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.01);两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组WCST及WHOQOL-100各因子评分(除环境领域因子外)均较治疗前有显著提高(P均<0.01),而对照组在治疗前后差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液对改善精神分裂症患者认知功能和生活质量有一定效果。Objective：To explore the effect of safflower injection on cognitive function and on the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia. Method ：200 schizophrenic patients were divided into study group and control group. Study group was treated for one month with risperidone plus safflower injection 20 mg/d, while control group with risperidone only. The positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） , Wisconsin card sorting test （WCST）and the world health organization quality of life inventory （WHOQOL-100） were administered before the treatment and at the end of one month for assessing the psychiatric symptoms, cognitive function and quality of life. Results： The two groups showed decrease on PANSS score after one month treatment, but there was no significant difference between two groups. The total score and subscale scores of WCST and WHOQOL-100 increased significantly in the study group after treatment,but not in the control group. Conclusion：Safflower injection has an effect on the cognitive function and quality of life in patients with schizoohrenia.
