低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗脑卒中失眠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低能量氦—氖激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）疗法对脑卒中失眠的疗效。方法经ＩＬＩＢ治疗的脑卒中失眠患者１２６例，激光波长０６３２８μｍ，平均功率１５ｍｗ，每天１次，每次治疗时间６０分钟，１０天为１个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率９２７％，对照组６７８％，差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＩＬＩＢ治疗脑卒中失眠，具有见效快、疗效可靠，且方法简便，无痛苦，患者乐于接受。Objective To study the effect of intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) on insomnia of stroke. Methods 126 patients suffering from insomnia of stroke treated by ILIB in this paper.The wave longth of ILIB is 0.6328μm,average power is 1.5mw,each day is once,each time is 60 minutes,ohe course is 10 days. Results The results shows that 92.7% of general effective rate is obtained in the treatment group and 67.8% in the contral group,there is a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions It's a rapid curative effect and reliable convenient way to treat insomnia of stroke by ILIB,and this way is also pain-free, acceptable for the patients and is worthwhile to promote in our clinic practice.
