小切口白内障囊外摘除手术基层医院临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除(ECCE)人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的临床效果及在基层医院的实用性。方法:回顾性分析2006～2007年56例白内障患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术的手术效果。结果:术后第1天,裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者占52%,术后一周≥0.5者占75%,术后1个月≥0.5者占82%。结论:巩膜隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术所需设备简单,安全、简便、效果好,经济实用,适于基层医院无能力或不愿意进行过多投资的医院应用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of Extracapsular Cataract Extraction （ECCE） and artificial lens implantation by using mini - incision during the treatment of cataract in a basic level hospital. Methods： In the retrospective analysis, 56 cases of cataract from 2006 to 2007 were reviewed, who were treated with ECCE and artificial lens implantation by using mini - incision. Results： Patients, whose naked eye or corrected visually acuity recovered to or more than 0.5 on the first day, a week, and a month after the operation, account for 52 percent, 75 percent, and 82 percent, respectively. Conclusion： ECCE and artificial lens implantation by using mini - incision is a safe, simple and effective method. Especially, it is suitable for basic level hospitals and poor-equipped hospitals.
