摘　　要：大学生法律基本教育是大学生素养的一项重要组成部分，是大学生在法律知识、法治意识和依法办事能力等方面的综合状态的体现。我国目前正处在社会转型时期，正在进行着建设社会主义法治国家的伟大实践。在这一划时代进程中，研究和提高大学生法律基础教育有着非同寻常的现实意义及深远的历史意义。因此，本文在此基础上对大学生法律基础教育的必要性做了一些初步探讨。Basic education of law is an now in the social transition period to make important component of literacy for college students. China is a great practice of building a ruled socialist country. In this epoch - making process, it is an extraordinary practical and far - reaching historical significance to research and improve legal basis education for university student. Therefore, this article discusses the inecessity of law basis education for college students.
