高校武术课内外一体化教学模式构建研究

摘　　要：文章在问卷调查和实验对比的基础上,构建以"健康第一"为指导思想,以终身体育为主线的武术课内外一体化教学模式,使武术课堂教学和武术课外锻炼有机联系在一起。实验结果表明:该教学模式在提高学生身体素质、武术技能、心理素质,培养学生终身体育意识等方面取得了较好的效果。Base on the questionnaires and test comparison, the paper tries to construct the integrated teaching model ot the inside and outside Wushu lesson and bring out the organic connection between Wushu class teaching and Wushu extracurricular exercises guided by the ideology of Heath first and lifelong sports served as theme. The experimental results prove that the teaching model has obtained a favourable effect in the aspects of improving students＇physical qualities, Wushu skills, psychological qualities, as well as students＇lifelong sports consciousness.
