摘  要:28例颅内肿瘤用二维超声及彩多普勒血流显像(CDFI)进行检测,二维超声成功检出24例,CDFI或能量多普勒可检出肿瘤内或包绕肿瘤的血管。对4例检测失败,这些患者的肿瘤位置均为在顶叶区、顶额叶区及颅脑的深部。结论为二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像、能量多普勒能检出脑肿瘤及检测肿瘤的物理性质例如实性、囊性,但不能作出病理诊,但是,实时测量肿瘤内或包绕肿瘤的血流动力学则优于CT、MRI及DSA。wenty eight patients with intracranial tumor were detected by two dimensional ultrasound and CDFI, feasibly detected the tumor with 2D sonography in 24 pts. vessels inside or around the tumor were imaging by CDFI or power Doppler, detected fall in 4 pts. in which all the site of tumor were in parietal. parietal frontal region and deep position of crania. Conclusions that 2D sonography and CDFI, powe Doppler can determine the cranial regiou and detect its physcal nature such as the solid, cyst, but can't to mark the pathobiology diagnosis, however that real time measuring the dynamic of blood flow inside or around the tumor is superior to the CT, MRI, and DSA.
