彩色多普勒超声评价慢性青光眼术后视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的变化

摘　　要：为评价青光眼手术治疗对视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的影响，我们对慢性青光眼２６只手术前后和正常眼４０只进行彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）检查，比较各组的收缩期峰值速度（ＰＳＶ）、舒张末期速度（ＥＤＶ）和阻力指数（ＲＩ）。结果：青光眼术后视网膜中央动脉ＰＳＶ和ＥＤＶ较术前明显加快，ＲＩ明显降低，Ｐ值＜０．０５；但与正常眼比较ＰＳＶ和ＥＤＶ仍明显慢，ＲＩ亦大，Ｐ值＜０．０５。研究表明：抗青光眼手术治疗降低眼内压，可使视网膜中央动脉血流异常部分恢复。To evaluate the postoperative hemodynamic changes in the central retinal artery of patients with chronic glaucoma. Color Doppler flow imaging was performed on 26 eyes with chronic glaucoma before and after surgery and 40 normal eyes. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), the end diastolic velocity(EDV), and resistive index(RI) were compared in all groups. Results: A significant increase in the PSV and EDV, and significant decrease in the RI of the central retinal artery after surgery were demonstrated, P<0.05. Compared with normal eyes, the PSV and EDV were significant solw and RI was markedly high, P<0.05. The results showed: The anti glaucoma operation associated with a decrease dintraocular pressure produces partily recovery in the central retinal artery circulation of patients with chronic glaucoma.
