摘 要:针对宏观调控城市全局的静态交通分布的目标,提出了停车诱导信息配置优化组合模型与算法.模型的研究从车辆到达率高和日常泊位饱和度大的热点停车场入手,考虑车辆停放者的选择行为,以总行程时间最小建立了目标函数.通过采用"组合寻优法"的VMS信息显示组合方式来发挥停车选择诱导作用,并对它设计了GA(遗传算法)进行了计算,从而获得目标函数的优化值.通过浙江德清中心城区实例验证,设置诱导后最小总行程时间减少了49.4%,结果显示该模型能通过引导停车者不选择"过热"的停车场而选择其他次选的的停车场可减少总行程时间.In order to adjust and control the static traffic distribution of a city, an optimized combination model and its algorithm for parking guidance information configuration were presented. The research of the model proceeded with the high arriving rate and high saturation park, and object function of the minimal total travel time was constructed considering the parking choice behavior of drives. Through adopting combination optimization method, the drivers' parking choices were induced, and the genetic algorithm was designed to obtain the optimized value of the object function. The model was validated through an example of:central city in Deqing in Zhejiang province. It is pointed that the minimum total travel time of parking vehicles is decreased by 49.4% with parking guidance information being configured. The result shows that the model can lead drivers to select proper parks to reduce the total travel time.
