摘 要:动物麻醉制动.经人工呼吸机吸入含量为11%的低氧混合气。对照组(n=11)第四脑室注射生理盐水100μl;实验组(n=8)第四脑室注射纳洛酮40μg/100μl,两组动物第四脑室注射后MAP和HR无显著变化;然后分别吸入低氧混合气15分钟。对照组MAP和HR均明显下降,终止低氧10分钟时恢复;实验组MAP无显著变化,HR变化同对照组。本结果说明低氧引起的MAP下降与延髓区域的内源性阿片系统的活动加强密切有关。This paper reports the effccts of injected naloxone into the fourth ventricle on the circulatory response to acute hpoxia. The rabbits were anesthetized with urehan and chloralose, immobilized with gallamne triethiedide and ventilated. The animals were divided into two group: the control group with the injection of Normal saline(100μl)and the expeliment group with the injection of naloxone (40μg/100μl) into the fourth ventricle. The results indicated that the heart rate(HR)and the mean arterial pressure (MAP) in the control group was significanty decreased during acute hypoxia, thenreached to the normal level at 5 - 10min after norndxa; HR in the experiment group was rernarkably decreased during acutehypoxia and recovered after normoxia. MAP in the experiment group did not showed signififcant change during acute hypoxia. These results suggested that the decrease of MAP during hypoxia was mediated by the depressant effect of endogenousopioid peptides around the area of the fourth ventricle.
