摘　　要：实习教学是保证和提高人才培养质量的重要环节。针对我院提出的"积极开展工程素质教育,努力培养创业型现代工程师"的目标,通过对我院工业工程专业实习教学资源结构分析以及实习教学过程优化的探索与研究,提出了深化本专业实习教学改革,合理规划、精心组织、加强管理、注重实效的实习过程优化建议。Practice teaching is important part that can guarantee and improve the quality of personnel training.According to the institute s objective ＂active in engineering quality education,strive to foster entrepreneurial modern engineer＂,through analysis of the institute s industrial engineering practice teaching resource structure,and exploration and research of practice teaching process optimization,the advice that deepen the reform of the professional practice teaching,rational planning,meticulous organization, , strengthen management, resultsoriented learning process optimization are proposed.
