摘 要:后盖外板上部型面复杂,局部特征多,冲压工艺采用6道工序完成,试模过程中第5道工序的工件严重起皱,影响表面质量及焊接工艺性。经过分析,发现该缺陷主要是由不合理的整形工艺造成的,为此,对整形斜楔进行了改进,增加了一块小压料板,在整形面上添加吸料槽,并重新设计了整形块的结构。经过改进,基本消除了起皱,零件质量得到了显著提高。The shape of rear cover outer top is very complicated, and there are many local features. The stamping process is of six operations. During try-out, serious wrinkle had occurred in the fifth operation, which would damage surface quality and result in bad weldable. It was found that unreasonable restrike process is the main causation. Therefor, the restrike CAM was improved. First, a small pad was added. Second, material absorbing groove was added on the surface. Then, the structure of restrike block was re-designed. By means of these methods, wrinkle was ultimately eliminated and part's quality was evidently improved.
