创特色,努力培养高素质应用型人才

摘　　要：学校要发展,必须要有自我加压的进取意识,自觉坚定地贯彻落实科学发展观。必须坚持科学定位,明确办学特色,有特色才有生命,有特色才有机会。本文从特色专业,教师队伍,以学生为本三个方面对创特色,培养高素质应用型人才作出了分析。同时结合我校实际,总结了数学教学在创特色上的成果。The spirit of enterprise and the application of Scientific Outlook on Development Theory are important in the development of a college. In addition, a college should properly define social function and be clear on the particularity of its own which makes it promising and have more opportunities. The paper discusses running college with features and turning out quality application- oriented students from three aspects：characteristic specialties, teachers, student-oriented teaching in education. It summarizes the achievements in the characteristic teaching of mathematics in the college as well.
