摘　　要：通过基于知识的观点分析了联盟知识共享对于联盟绩效的重要影响。并且根据交易成本理论与社会交易理论,揭示了经济治理机制与社会治理机制对于战略联盟企业间知识共享的促进作用和机理,以及对联盟绩效的影响作用。最后,讨论了研究模型的理论和管理实践意义。This paper investigates the impacts of knowledge sharing on alliance joint performance in light of the knowledge--based view. According to transaction cost theory and social exchange theory, the purpose of this study is to reveal the impacts and effectiveness of economic and social governance mechanisms on knowledge sharing between strategic alliance members, thus improves the joint performance of strategic alliance. The authors discuss the implications of the conception model for strategic alliance theory and practice.
