摘　　要：民营经济的制度建设和发展问题随同民营经济的发展一直受到经济界的热议。通过分析山西民营经济发展过程中所面临的新形势,提出了山西省民营企业制度建设与发展方面的一些思路。The construction and development of private enterprise system in Shanxi Province is discussed hotly by economic circle with the development of private economy.Through analyzing the new situation faced by Shanxi s private economy in its development,this paper puts forward some ideas for the construction and development of private enterprise system in Shanxi Province
