论大学生积极心理的价值

摘　　要：个体积极心理是指人从积极、乐观的角度来反映、把握和体验社会生活,积极心理活动的价值在于积极心理对个人及群体的生存与发展需要的满足。积极心理相对于个体、集体和社会三类主体而言,相应具有个体价值、集体价值和社会价值三个方面。探讨积极心理的价值,对个体价值的实现、集体的团结、社会的和谐稳定具有重要的现实意义。Personal positive psychology means that a person reflects, explains and experiences social life from positive and optimistic perspective, the value of positive psychology is that the positive psychological activities can meet the needs of an individual and collectives. The value of positive psychology can be shown in three aspects, that is, value for person, value for collective and value for society, according to three relevant subjects, i. e. person, collective and society. The research on the value of positive psychology is of much significance for realization of a person＇s value, collective consolidation and for a stable and harmonious society.
