摘 要:瓦楞原纸是生产箱纸板的重要原料之一,要求其具有良好的抗张强度、耐破度和湿强性能。研究了添加PAE湿强剂对以旧瓦楞原纸为原料的成纸物理性能的影响,以及熟化方式对添加PAE树脂的旧瓦楞原纸的强度影响。结果表明紫外熟化提高湿强效果最好,湿强保留率可达到32.2%;高温熟化次之,可达到28.2%。通过红外检测,PAE内部交联程度以及PAE与纤维的交联程度都与生成的酯基数量有关,酯基数越大,成纸湿强度越好。The corrugating medium was one of the important raw material of case board, and it must have good tensile strength, bursting strength and wet strength. The physical capability of corrugating medium could be improved by adding PAE. In the different manners of treatments for wet-strength papers, UV-treating was the best method and the wet tensile retention rate could reach 32.3%. Heating took second place, and it was 28.2%. By FT-IR spectra, the molecular structure of PAE film was analyzed. The amount of ester groups responded the degree of cross linking between PAE polymers and fiber.
