摘  要:研究马尾松木片螺旋挤压前后对纤维素酶预处理效果的影响。结果表明经螺旋挤压后马尾松木片的酶预浸渍效果提高明显,导致其还原糖量、结晶度提高,浆料接触角降低;从而其磨浆能耗降低,TMP浆强度提高。The effects of masson pine wood chips by screw compress treatment prior to cellulases pretreatment was studied. Compared to untreated chips by compression, results showed that the chips compressed could improve impregnability of cellulases obviously, which led to the reducing sugars and the crystallinity index were increased, the contact angle of the pulp reduced, so the refining energy was reduced and the strength of pulp was improved in the TMP processes.
