摘 要:目的通过检测缓激肽受体B1(bradykinin receptor B1,BDKRB1)在宫颈鳞状上皮病变组织中的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测10例宫颈炎、10例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithe-lial neoplasia,CIN)Ⅰ级、10例CINⅡ~Ⅲ级及30例宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌(cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CSCC)组织中BDKRB1mRNA表达。结果BDKRB1表达随宫颈上皮病变级别的升高而升高;在CSCC组织中的表达与年龄、临床分期、浸润深度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移、病理分级等临床病理参数相关;COX回归分析显示年龄、淋巴结转移伴脉管浸润、BDKRB1表达均为影响CSCC患者预后的独立因素。结沦BDKRB1在CSCC的发生、发展过程中起重要作用并与CSCC病人的不良预后相关,有望成为宫颈癌基因治疗的新靶点。Objective: By detecting bradykinin receptor B1 (BDKRB1) expression in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions , to investigate its role in cervical cancer occurrence and development. Methods : By means of RT - PCR , we hayed evaluated BDKRB1 expression at mRNA levels in 10 cases cervicitis , 10 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅰ , 10 CIN Ⅱ - Ⅲ and 30 cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) tissues. Results: BDKRB1 expression gradually increased with cervical intraepithelial lesions grade rising , and have correlation with clinical pathological parameters such as age, clinical stage, depth of invasion, vein Invasion, lymph node metastasis, tumor grade, and so on. Conclusion: BDKRB1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of CSCC and has correlation with poor prognosis, which is expected to become a new target for gene therapy of cervical cancer.
