摘　　要：电力体制改革后,电网企业面临多方面竞争,为适应新形势的要求,电网企业必须改变传统的营销模式,建立现代电力营销体系。简单阐述了供电企业用电营业计算机管理现状,并针对电力企业供电营业管理计算机模式进行了详细的分析,特别是在采集方式及遵守原则、电费子系统、报装子系统等方面进行了详细的论述。After the electric power institutional reform, electrified wire netting enterprise are confronted with large competition, to adapt to the new circumstances, electrified wire netting enterprise must change the tradition camp selling pattern, found modern electric power camp selling system. This paper simply introduces the current situation of business computer management of the power supplying enterprise, and detailed analyzed the administration computer pattern doing business specifically for electric power enterprise supplies electricity, especially in the field of collecting way, observing principle, electric charge subsystem, installing subsystem and so on.
