摘 要:在原位合成拟薄水铝石中加入酵母和海藻酸钠,搅拌并冷冻后制备固定化酵母,以甘蔗废糖蜜生产乙醇。通过复合材料固定化酵母增殖机理发现,固定化酵母数达4.1×109个/mL,批式发酵中14h消耗了90.5%的总糖;40d连续流动中,稀释率为0.100h-1时,最大载体乙醇产率为52.0g/(L.h)。SEM表征表明,该固定化酵母细胞密度高,孔道结构丰富,利于细胞的繁殖生长和物质传送。乙醇发酵过程彻底,速率快,残糖水平低,原料利用率和发酵醪乙醇质量浓度均超过传统工艺。A new kind of carrier for the immobilization yeast to produce ethanol from sugar cane molasses was made by in-situ synthetic pseudo-boehmite (α-AlOOH) mixed with yeast and Na alginate. The results show that the composite carrier has a biology capacity of 4.1 ×10^9 n/mL. 90.5% of total sugar was consumed after 14 h in the batch fermentation. The maximum carrier ethanol productivity of 52, 0 g/( L · h) appeared at the dilution rate of 0. 100 h-1 in the 40 d continuous flow alcohol fermentation. The scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) of the carriers reveals that the composite carrier is much more porous than α-AlOOH and Ca alginate, which facilitates the transmission of substrates and products between carriers and medium. The experiments show that the composite carrier of Al alginate-based α-AIOOH has higher carrier ethanol productivity, lower residual sugar concentration than the traditional technology, and can get higher conversion ratio of material and ethanol mass concentration.
