祛风化湿健脾疏肝法对肠易激综合征大鼠模型5-HT,VIP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风化湿健脾疏肝法对肠易激综合征大鼠模型5-HT,VIP水平的影响。方法:将实验大鼠分为4组:正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、低剂量组(D组)、高剂量组(E组),每组各10只。A组和B组灌胃给予0.9%生理盐水10 mL/kg,D组和E组分别灌胃给予祛风化湿健脾疏肝组方10 mL(15 g)/kg和10 mL(30 g)/kg,均连续给药30 d,1次/d。观察5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的含量。结果:与模型组相比,各给药组大鼠行为学和电生理指标均有明显改善;各给药组模型大鼠5-HT含量明显回落,VIP含量增加,并呈现一定的量效关系。结论:祛风化湿健脾疏肝法可能是通过降低模型大鼠血清5-HT、增加血浆VIP含量,减弱背角神经元兴奋性,提高内脏痛阈,消除肠道过敏,从而达到治疗肠易激综合征目的。Objective：To explore the influences of dispelling wind-evil dissipating dampness and strengthening spleen soothing liver for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome rats.Methods：Divided 50 rats into five group： control group（group A）,model group（group B）,composing prescriptions low-dose group（group D）,composing prescriptions high-dose group（group E）,10 cases in each group.Group A and B were treated with 0.9% normal saline,ig.;and group D and E were treated with composing prescriptions 10 ml（15 g）/kg and 10 ml（30 g）/kg respectively for 30 days and once each day. Then we investigate the content of 5 - HT and VIP. Results ： Compared with model group, the indexes of behavior and electrophysiology for treated group were improved obviously, and the content of 5 - HT was reduced while the VIP was increased. The treated groups turned out dose - effect relationship. Conclusions ： The composing prescrip- tions of dispelling wind - evil dissipating dampness and strengthening spleen soothing liver could through the mechanism of reducing 5 -HT, increasing VIP, weakening the dorsal horn neurons excitability and improving visceral pain domain, eliminating intestinal allergic to treat IBS.
